77 million of our fellow Americans voted for Pres. Trump. They wanted a boss, an authoritarian who would be the strong leader they dream of. They wanted a leader like Orban of Hungary or Putin of Russia.
Putin annexed Crimea and wants all of Ukraine and is willing to throw his country into economic and military chaos. He has deprived his citizens of civil and human rights to get what he wants. He wants to MRGA - Make Russia Great Again - on the backs of LGB and transgender Russians and speaks of restoring masculinity and national identity (his is based in Communism).
Orban swept into office in Hungary and what were some the first things he did? He removed women and gender studies from their universities. He pushed back against the imposition of a Europe wide acceptance of LGBTQ+ people especially in Hungary. He began to show his real colors when he began to side with Putin and Russia. He is "boss" (authoritarian) like Trump and Putin.
President Trump wants to out do Putin and Orban. He's well on his way.
Trump is driven by a deep desire to expand and grow things, to amass greater wealth, resources, and territory no matter the cost to our nation or our place in the world. None of it matters to a man who views himself as better than everyone around him. Trump wants to leave a more lasting legacy than even our founding fathers.
Trump wants to go down in the history books as the President who doubled the size of the nation, who 'restored' America to its "Gone with the Wind" past where men were men and women were women, and minorities knew their place too - and all stayed in their respective lanes thankful for the scraps that fall from the golden tables.
Why do you think Trump wants to let Putin have Crimea and Ukraine? It's to validate his desire to bring Panama, Canada, and Greenland under the US umbrella.
Why do you think Trump attacks transgender people? Why do you think Trump wants to completely dismantle Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs across the nation, and to get rid of those offensive words like gender, transgender, LGBT+, and any research associated with those populations? One, it pleases his christo-fascist handlers, and two, he's doing more than Orban.
Trump views himself as a better 'boss' (authoritarian) than all the authoritarians who came before him. He thinks of himself as the epitome of an American Christian leader. He thinks he's God's gift to the USA and the world.
