Leaders in White House fear a Tiananmen Square repeat, but in DC this Saturday, June 14th.

Trump's Birthday Parade in DC this coming Saturday, June 14th, 2025 is designed to stroke his ego. It's an abomination and a direct challenge to who we are as a nation. It's also deeply offensive to a majority of US Veterans regardless of political party.

We can boycott his parade, protest it there in person, join a protest in your city or town, or.... there's this option. Reporting from various sources say the White House is deeply worried of the potential imagery of someone pulling off a Tiananmen Square (1989, China) where a pro-democracy person stood in front of a line of Chinese Army tanks.

The challenges and danger to pull off a Tiananmen Square-esque event at the DC Parade tomorrow are numerous: the anti-scaling fencing, the presence of uniformed and un-uniformed police and Secret Service, and there's the possibility of physical harm to the person who stands in front of the tanks.

My advice, BE SAFE! BE AWARE! And, most importantly, NO VIOLENCE, NO rocks, bottles, or bricks thrown at the Parade.

Remember, ostensibly, this parade is to honor the 250th Anniversary of the founding of the US Army and as such the Army is deserving of this parade. They've earned it. So, Happy Anniversary to the US Army.
